My Story
My Scentsy story is ever evolving. I started in Feb. 2011 because we needed the extra $$$ and I need a "job" I could do with our little man in tow. Today I sling the wax because a flexible schedule is a MUST while I wrap up my college degrees in MRI and Radiation Therapy. Without Scentsy, I wouldn't have a paycheck during this year of cRaZy clinical rotations 91 miles (each way) from home AND a teenager’s nonstop schedule.
Why do I love Scentsy? It’s truly a product I can stand behind and promote wholeheartedly. I LOVE the peace of mind it brings to our home – I get me candle fix without the fear of open flame, smoke, or soot.
Our main business tool is a small pouch of fragrance testers so I can work it from anywhere, even during our constant cross-country military moves. In the early years, my business ran on playground parties helping other mamas make their homes safe while our kiddos played. Today I do mostly Text parties or Sip & Sniffs at the local winery. That’s the cool thing, Scentsy fits into my life in whatever way works best for me.
Once I started my wax adventure, I knew I’d never leave! It is WAY more than just a paycheck with a random company. It is a FAMILY of near and dear sisters and misters!!! It has opened our eyes to dreams we never dared dream of fabulous family vacas, new bad boy toys, and renovations galore.
I love helping those on my team achieve their dreams! Whether it is the stay-at-home mama who just wants a little me time with others, the college student needing a flexible work schedule, or the couple wanting extra income for travel – I’m here to help them reach for the stars.
